In 2025, after the sale of HML Recycling to its employees – ensuring the business could continue to grow and thrive for years to come – the company owners wanted to carry forward a tradition that had always been close to their hearts: giving back to the community.  

For many years, a portion of company profits had been donated to good causes, mainly to local groups and initiatives that make a real difference to people’s lives. To continue this legacy, the Stuart David Rogan Foundation was launched.

Supported by charitable contributions from the original business, as well as from other local businesses and individuals, the Foundation is dedicated to helping local people, supporting community projects, and making a positive impact where it matters most.
